Anonymous Mental Abuse Allegations Testimonies
My bf is controlling and always subjecting me to psychological stress and what i now consider to be mental abuse. He always puts me down and tells me i’m not good enough. When i tried to leave him he won’t let me, and plays mind games. We used to have such a lovely connection, but since living together he’s constantly going on at me. A work colleague took me to dinner the other night and i had such a lovely carefree time, without drama or put downs. I don’t know if i’m strong enough to leave my partner tho.
